Where is Personal Data processed?

The Services are intended for residents of the United States. Personal Data we collect will be stored on secure cloud-based servers in the United States.

We are not subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as of the effective date of this Privacy Notice.

Nevada Residents

If you are a Nevada resident, you have the right to opt out of the sale of certain Personal Data, including your name and mailing address, to third parties. Please note, however, that Vion does not sell your Personal Data.
